Choosing Film

You need the right film to match shooting conditions to get a really great picture.
In this respect, a little knowledge goes a long way toward achieving success!

Understanding film speed

Different films vary in their sensitivity to light, which is expressed as an ISO film “speed” number. The higher the number, the “faster” the film, which means the less light you need to take a picture.

Selecting film speed

Slower films in the ISO 100 range are fine for outdoor use in sunlight but for maximum versatility and performance, fast action, low light outdoors, and indoor photography we recommend ISO 400 or 800 films.
