Achieving both high productivity and high quality

To achieve both 20 m²/hr high-speed printing and consistent high image quality, the Acuity LED 1600 uses Fast Accurate Marking. This technology controls left-right high-speed scanning by the printhead while providing high-precision ink jetting.

High image quality on various substrates

Intelligent Curing Control is another of the key factors in delivering high image quality. This technology does its part by precisely adjusting light from the LED lamp unit in order to control the curing speed of the ink. A single printer, the Acuity LED 1600, lets you produce a wide variety of promotional tools, from wide-format posters to window displays, back lit signs, POP materials, and product packages.

Support for media up to 13 mm thick

In addition to roll media, the Acuity LED 1600 supports printing to light board and other types of rigid board up to 13 mm thick by using the supplied rigid table. The Acuity LED 1600 also supports sheet media, enabling such applications as poster reprints. The foldable support table is designed to be compact and takes up minimal storage space.
