Installation and operation procedures of GT-Document Lite for Dropbox

1. 1. Download the application from App Store / Android Market.
2. 2. Install the application on your smartphone.
3. 3. Start up the application and enter your account for Dropbox.
4. 4. The list of files stored in Dropbox are displayed.
5. 5. Select the desired file and view it.

Precautions for use

Before using this application, it is necessary to register the user information with Dropbox at https://www.dropbox.com and store the file, to be displayed on the smartphone, in Dropbox.

• When starting up GT-Document Lite for Dropbox on the smartphone, the screen to enter the account, user ID and password is displayed. In the ID and password fields, enter those registered with Dropbox. In the account field, enter arbitrary numbers and characters.
• After the above procedures, GT-Document Lite for Dropbox acquires your file saved in Dropbox and displays it on the smartphone.
• When entering user information such as email address, ID, user name and password, be careful not to make the following errors:
  (1) Mistake between one-byte and two-byte characters
  (2) Entering a one-byte space (When auto-complete feature is activated on the Android smartphone, a one-byte space may be entered after auto-complete finishes.)

This End-User License Agreement For GT-Document Lite for Dropbox (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and FUJIFILM Corporation. For the GT-Document Lite for Dropbox software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“Software Product”). FUJIFILM Corporation recommends that you print a copy of the EULA for your records. To print a copy of this EULA, select Print from the File menu and select OK from the Print Setup box. FUJIFILM Corporation reserves the right to change this EULA and any information or materials contained on this Web site without notice and also may add and / or modify articles on this EULA without notice and your continued use of this Software Product constitutes your acceptance of any such changes and the new articles will be applied for usage of the Software Product. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you have no rights to the Software Product and should not install, copy, download, access or use the Software Product. This EULA represents the entire agreement concerning the Software Product between you and FUJIFILM Corporation, and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between you and FUJIFILM Corporation.

Article 1. Grant of license.

The Software Product is licensed as follows:

(a) Installation and Use.

FUJIFILM Corporation grants you the non-transferable and non-exclusive right to install and use the Software Product free of charge, for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to this EULA.

FUJIFILM Corporation grants you the right above-mentioned to install and use copies of the Software Product on your computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the Software Product was designed [e.g., Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8].

(b) Backup Copies.

You may also make copies of the Software Product as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

Article 2. Description of other rights and limitations.

(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.

You shall not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the Software Product.

(b) Distribution.

You shall not distribute registered copies of the Software Product to third parties.

(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product.

(d) Rental.

You shall not rent, lease, or lend the Software Product.

(e) Compliance with Applicable Laws.

You shall comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the Software Product.

Article 3. Term.

This EULA will become effective on the date when you install and download the Software Product onto the specific cellular phone, tablets or any other type of device and continue to be in effect until the termination as the Article 4 below.

Article 4. Termination.

Without prejudice to any other rights, FUJIFILM Corporation may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must discontinue the use of the Software Product, not be allowed to possess the Software Product and destroy all copies of the Software Product in your possession.

Article 5. Copyright.

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Software Product belong to FUJIFILM Corporation, and its licenser(s), and remain vested in FUJIFILM Corporation and its licenser(s). The Software Product protected under the copyright laws of Japan and other countries, and related conventions. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

Article 6. Privacy Policy.

Please see FUJIFILM Corporation's Privacy Policy at http://www.fujifilm.com/privacy_policy/ for information and notices concerning Software Product and use of your personal information.

Article 7. General Prohibitions.

If the use of this Software Product by you, in FUJIFILM Corporation's sole discretion, violates these terms and conditions of this EULA, FUJIFILM Corporation may cease, suspend, deny or restrict your use to the Software Product and to take any other action FUJIFILM Corporation deems appropriate to protect FUJIFILM Corporation. Without limiting the general policy stated above, you agree not to use the Software Product in any manner that:

(a) is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, fraudulent, gratuitously violent, obscene, deceptive, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive, hateful or abusive;

(b) infringes or misappropriates FUJIFILM Corporation's or a third party's intellectual property, confidentiality, or other rights;

(c) advocates or solicits violence, criminal conduct or the violation of law or the rights of any third party.

Article 8. No Warranties.

FUJIFILM Corporation expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product is provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property of rights, or fitness of a particular purpose. FUJIFILM Corporation does not and shall not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Software Product. FUJIFILM Corporation makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. FUJIFILM Corporation shall not responsible for providing customer support, bug fixes, documentation, or any other support for the Software Product.

Article 9. Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall FUJIFILM Corporation be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of use of or inability to use the Software Product, even if FUJIFILM Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will FUJIFILM Corporation be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. FUJIFILM Corporation shall have no liability with respect to the content of the Software Product or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.

Article 10. Governing laws and Jurisdiction.

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes which may arise with respect to the execution, interpretation and performance of this EULA.
