Thank you for your patronage and support in choosing our QuickGene products: Nucleic Acid Isolation System.
We regret to inform you that concerns have been raised regarding some of the production lots of the QuickGene isolation kit: nucleic acid isolation system as micropores have been found in the collection tube, which is supplied with the kit. There is a concern that a minute amount of fluid may ooze out of the collection tube as it is pressurized when the lid is put on. However, please note that we believe that the occurrence of such a problem would be very rare even with the suspected production lots. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the event that you suspect the kit you have may be from one of lots in which the defect was found, please contact our office at the address below. We will send a replacement collection tubes to your address at no charge.
