Detection of modified bases in RNAs by primer extension method

Primer extension analysis of E. coli 23S rRNA which was treated with or without CMC(N-cyclohexyl-N ' -β-(4-methylmorpholinium)ethycarbodiimide p-tosylate) to detect pseudouridine (Ψ) (left panel).
