Detection of modified bases in RNAs by primer extension method
Primer extension analysis of E. coli 23S rRNA which was treated with or without CMC(N-cyclohexyl-N ' -β-(4-methylmorpholinium)ethycarbodiimide p-tosylate) to detect pseudouridine (Ψ) (left panel). As a control (right panel), the same analysis was performed against E. coli strain in which rluD (RNA-pseudouridylase) was depleted. m3Ψ stands for 3-methyl pseudouridine.

Detection of micro RNAs by primer extension method
