| By one click, fluorescent image can be superimposed on a digitized image and can be displayed as one image. For example, a florescent image of tumor labeled with NIR dye and excited with near infrared LED can be superimposed on a digitized image of live mouse. Quantitation on the fluorescent tumor image can be easily done on this superimposed image, also. |

User-friendly Imaging
Multi Gauge includes an intuitive interface for user-friendly operation with Navigation Tool window and Function window. |

Cross-talk Correction
The bands of the same fragment caused by imaging at different laser wavelengths are referred to as cross-talk. Accurate quantitation can be achieved by eliminating cross-talk imaging with one click and by setting background intensity on every pseudo-colored channel. |

Lane Settings
Multi Gauge provides full control over the number, size and shape of lanes. Straight pre-set lanes can even be curved for more accurate analysis. |

Quantitation
After setting the lanes on an overlapped image, a profile line for each of the two channels is shown in the profile window. Individual lanes can be selected for analysis in addition to setting background levels and automatic band detection for improved quantitation of the profile. |

Molecular Weight Calculation & Results Tables
Standard values for molecular weight markers are pre-recorded and automatically set when selected. Data is then displayed for easy analysis in either an all value mode for all bands in all lanes or in a comparison mode for the same band in different channels or lanes. |
