Five simple step to better, faster array analysis.

The ArrayGauge user's manual is not much more complicated than the steps below. With less time and effort, you complete more analysis.

1.Load the images to be analyzed. (Fujifilm ArrayGauge software accepts BAS, FLA, and LAS images as well as TIFF or BMP format.)

2. Adjust harmonics - Adjust the harmonics of your sample.

3. Choose and load template files (or create your own). Fit template to image files. Select the background and reference point.

4.Calculate spot densities and/or for membrane comparisons, calculate ratios.

5. Freely annotate your sample images using ArrayGauge's annotation tool.
