A small, lightweight, and easy-to-use CB cart is available.

  • Small, lightweight, and high portability means it can be used anywhere
  • Can be lifted or lowered simply by pulling the side lever
  • CB main unit can easily be attached or removed simply by pulling the front lever
  • Monochrome printer or color printer (optional)
  • Keyboard (optional)
  • Operates for up to an hour without external power supply (when the optional battery is installed)

Large, 12-inch LCD monitor

The 12-inch LCD allows full-screen display of images. The screen size is the same or larger than that of a stationary ultrasound imaging system. The depth in the black color realizes the vivid and easy-to-view images.

High operability using touch panel

Control buttons, grouped according to examination modes, are displayed on the touch panel. Features an easy-to-push user-friendly layout and screen display.

Purpose-based layout and large buttons enable highly intuitive operability

In addition to the intuitive layout of the “CB's” buttons they are enlarged to improve operability.

Innovative technologies elevate ultrasound imaging to a higher dimension

Reverse conversion : ZONE Sonography™ technology

In a general ultrasound system, the sound speed within a patient's body is determined based on physical factors. Therefore, the thinner the beam becomes, the more time required for data collection, resulting in a constraint on improving image quality. ZONE Sonography™ technology runs counter to this accepted practice of ultrasound imaging. It transmits a broad ultrasound beam to rapidly collect extensive echo data immediately by using large zones. This ability to collect data instantly makes possible a new, advanced image processing environment.

Software enforced beamforming is now possible. High-quality ultrasound images are realized by advanced image processing of extensive echo data collected by probe elements accumulated in the memory using software.

Improved image resolution with Auto-Opt with ZST™ (sound speed correction)

By using advanced image processing technology, the optimum ultrasonic propagation speed within the patient's body (sound speed) is inferred, and images are developed. High-quality images can be acquired consistently even during the ultrasound examination of breasts, which can present major difference depending on the individual physical constitution.

What is “sound speed correction” ?

The resolution in the lateral dimension deteriorates due to a difference in sound speed. By correcting this and carrying out optimization, the resolution in the lateral dimension is improved.
