How to use this updater
STEP1
Install the FinePixViewer from your belonging CD into your Windows computer if it is not installed.
If your belonging CD is not "Software for FinePix LE/EX/VE/MP/SX/AX/BX/CX Ver.1.0 - 5.2", install the FinePixViewer using the "FinePixViewer Ver.3.2 Updater".
STEP2
Execute this updater software (FPVUpdater.exe) to update the above installed software for Windows.
STEP3
Copy the Software manual file for your language (FinePixViewer.chm) in the following folder.
C:\Program Files\
If you changed the installation folder, copy to the following folder.
(The installed drive):(The installed folder) \FinePixViewer\
Note
- (1)Visit the Microsoft web site and install the Microsoft® Windows Media® Player, if the following message is displayed when the updater of FinePixViewer executed. "You cannot update because Windows Media Player 7.1 or later is not installed.Install Windows Media Player 7.1 or later and start Updater again. "
- Get Windows Media Player
- (2)Visit the Microsoft web site and install the Microsoft DirectX® 9.0c End-User Runtime for your language, if the following message is displayed when the updater of FinePixViewer executed.
"You cannot update because DirectX 9.0b or later is not installed. Install DirectX 9.0b or later and start Updater again. " - DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime English
