Press Release

The event directed at Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, as well as students and residents in the health area addresses issues related to the routine of these emergency professionals, with the aim of qualifying them for the daily challenges of care

In the period from August 22 to 24,  FUJIFILM, , the world leader in the development of solutions for diagnostic imaging, is present at the  4th edition of the  Urgency and Emergency Congress of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, which takes place in the  Moise  Safra  Auditorium, inside the Institution, in the city of São Paulo ( SP). The event, which will have one of the modules, on the 22nd, focused entirely on the use of ultrasound equipment, and the company will take its  SonoSite, line, composed of ultrasound with  cutting-edge technology. At the time, the  SonoSite SII SonoSite Edge II  and   SonoSite M Turbo models will be exhibited.

SonoSite  SII  is a device  that  comes with  a simple, intuitive and intelligent interface,  composed  of a modern   touchscreen  offering high sensitivity. The  device  is also capable of fast  exchange between exam types with built-in double transducer connector.

Now  the  SonoSite  Edge II,  brings a  sealed keyboard to the edges, with flat profile for keys and  snap-dome,  technology, which facilitates cleaning  and  immediate response to touch. The   equipment’s  new screen is  equipped   with  anti-glare  and  borderless  glass, allowing for  minimal adjustments during visualization.

The portable  SonoSite  SII  and  SonoSite Edge II  ultrasound have the  DirectClear™ feature, a new patented technology that is available in the most activated transducers in  point-of-care  environments,  increasing transducer performance, penetration and  contrast .

Another highlight will  be  the  SonoSite  M-Turbo,  model,  which allows  for examining  with  excellent image quality, high  contrast and clear tissue outlines. The  performance  of the equipment increases the  ability to differentiate structures, vessels and pathology  and it is  indicated for abdominal,  vascular, cardiac, venous access, pelvic and superficial imaging.

“Currently, medicine is totally  connected to the  modernization of equipment and  FUJIFILM is a company that invests in the development of high technology solutions  with a focus on diagnostic imaging. That is why  our  participation in initiatives, such as the congress promoted by  Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, is so relevant,”  says  Eduardo Tugas,  director of the medical division of FUJIFILM.
