Labelprint24, fornitore specializzato nella stampa online high-tech di etichette e imballaggi per prodotti, ha investito in due soluzioni di stampa digitale Fujifilm: la Jet Press 750S High Speed Model, la prima installazione Jet Press al mondo con la nuovissima opzione alta capacità con un’altezza della pila in alimentazione e uscita più elevata, e la Revoria Press PC1120. Insieme, le due macchine amplieranno l’offerta di servizi di Labelprint24, aumenteranno la capacità produttiva interna e accelereranno i tempi di consegna per i clienti.

In addition, the increased height of the stacker enables us to place a whole pallet directly onto the stacker, rather than manually feeding the substrate into the machine, so this will not only save time and labour costs, it will speed up production and delivery times. We also anticipate that the Jet Press will allow us to achieve a more cost efficient price point when printing smaller volumes of colour; savings that we can potentially pass on to the customer.
Installation of the new Fujifilm Revoria Press PC1120 is in progress, and will enable Labelprint24 to offer its customers an even wider choice of media and a host of new colours, varnishes, metallic embellishments and special effect finishes, including gold, silver, white and pink.
The award-winning Revoria Press PC1120 offers up to 10 colours, easily configurable; in six channels for one pass, high quality output at speeds of 120ppm on a wide variety of substrate types.
