2. Donation of disinfectants, etc.

3. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia: Initiative to support the continuation of remote education during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Australian Business Community Network (ABCN), an Australian NPO, supports people from low socio-economic backgrounds through educational and mentoring activities. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia has been a corporate member of ABCN since 2006. Through dialogue with the principals of its partner schools, ABCN learned of the significant digital divide faced by socio-economically disadvantaged students because of the COVID-19 pandemic. While opportunities to learn from home continue to increase during the pandemic, the digital divide forces these students to miss educational opportunities and opportunities to participate in ABCN programs. In response, ABCN launched the Laptops4Learning initiative to encourage participating companies to donate laptop PCs. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia participated in this initiative, donating 150 used laptops that it had planned to dispose, to three schools in New South Wales and one in South Australia after erasing all of the data following *1

4. FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand: Continuing to provide customer services to the district health boards (DHBs)

FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand provides almost all of the country's district health boards (DHBs) with the Managed Print Services, for which it undertakes the integrated management of offices' printing environments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the print room operators of FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand continued their support uninterrupted, almost around the clock. They continued to support the DHBs' testing and treating of patients. In March, as COVID-19 spread rapidly, it was necessary for the DHBs to print an extremely large volume of documents, including documents for the signatures needed for prescriptions and testing, as they worked to handle the emergency situation. The 45 members of the Managed Print Services team from FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand worked as one to respond quickly to the DHBs' requests and continued to provide supplies and other goods without interruption. These actions enabled the company to contribute to New Zealand's stellar response to the COVID-19 crisis, which has been an example for the world. FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand will continue to support the activities of the DHBs through their Managed Print Services, and continue contributing through its business to the government's initiatives supporting the health of the people.
