Singapore October 1, 2025 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific announces the launch of Apeos 3561 series A3 digital monochrome multifunction printers (MFPs), designed to advance digital transformation (DX) and improve operational efficiency for small and medium-sized enterprises. The new models deliver with enhanced scanning performance, broader paper handling, and seamless connectivity with cloud services – building on the Apeos C3061 series A3 digital colour multifunction printers launched in October 2024.
The new Apeos series is an extension of the monochrome lineup of the compact Apeos C3061 series, while maintaining a space-saving design suitable for modern offices with limited space.
To further drive DX across corporate environments, it is essential to connect office multifunction printers to a range of cloud services through the utilisation and sharing of electronic data. The Apeos 3561 series supports office DX by linking scanned information to various cloud-based document management and accounting systems. For example, when connected with FUJIFILM IWpro*1 cloud service, scanned or faxed documents can be automatically imported with assigned file names and sorted according to business tasks - eliminating manual sorting and saving, and thereby improving operational efficiency.
The new lineup includes models*2 which feature automatic duplex document feeder that delivers high-speed scanning at 80 pages per minute with single-pass duplex auto scanning*3. These models also support continuous scanning business cards and receipt-size paper to streamline the digitisation of everyday documents, a crucial first step in DX.
The new series supports a broad range of media from as thin as 52 gsm to heavier paper up to 300 gsm, as well as long-size output up to 297 x 1,200 mm*4 - ideal for in-house production of promotional materials. Envelope and postcard printing - previously limited to the bypass tray on earlier models*5, can now be performed from the standard tray*6, enabling more efficient day-to-day printing. Internal paper handling noise has also been reduced compared to previous models*5 as a result of refined noise reduction technology. Specifically, the finisher*7, which can be installed to the inner output area, adopts a quiet design that suppresses collision and drive noise, reducing acoustic level by 60% as compared to the previous finisher*8 helping to maintain a comfortable office environment.
Recycled plastic materials are used*9 for key exterior parts such as the front cover and trays. Additionally, we have newly incorporated design to facilitate easy disassembly, cleaning, and material sorting for reuse and recycling, such as designing the exterior cover surface to minimise the visibility of scratches, thereby promoting resource circulation.

- Remote Operation Panel: Mirror the multifunction printer's operation screen on administrator’s computer to configure settings - remotely.
- Customizable tray configuration: One-tray models are standard configuration; optional trays*10 can be combined to match various environments and customer usage patterns.
