The proceedings relate to the following contracts, but only when entered into with small business customers:
- Preferred Customer Rental Agreement Versions 7.1A, 7.2 and 7.3
- Preferred Customer Rental Agreement (Interest Free Promotion) Version 7.2
- Fixed Lease Rental Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Docurent Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Documation Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Fixed Term Rental Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Rental Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Purchase Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Support Services Agreement Versions 7.2 and 7.3
- Software Licence and Support Services Agreement Versions 7.3 and 7.4
- Minimum Term Rental Agreement Version 3.0
Customers who are not small businesses are outside the scope of the unfair contract terms legislation. As such, their contracts continue unaffected and unchanged by the ACCC proceedings.
If a customer would like to, we are happy to move them to our new Version 8.0 contracts which we are confident present a much more balanced position for our customers.
Small businesses who have contracted with us using their own contract are outside the scope of the unfair contract terms legislation. Any such contracts continue unaffected.
