In remote working, which rapidly became ubiquitous due to the COVID-19 pandemic, efficiency has been improving, and time-consuming incidental tasks have been reduced due to paperless operations, the automation of work processes and other changes. This will not only make organizations comfortable for anyone to work in but also broaden workers' perspectives, which have been narrow because they have been busy with the work at hand, thus enabling them to demonstrate their creativity in their work.
Additionally, communication and collaboration between people released from incidental tasks will be accelerated through DX, enabling them to improve productivity by increasing added value.

Automate incidental tasks using IT. Decide whether to go to office or not based on the purpose of the task and make effective use of time in an environment which enables you to concentrate on your work. Be friendly to the global environment by avoiding travelling for work as much as possible.

If we are released from location and time constraints and incidental tasks, which occupy a considerable amount of work time, we will be able to work in a sustainable style even as values become more diverse.
