Instructions for Using ARM Windows Multi-model Print Driver 2

Multi-model Print Driver 2 can be downloaded from "Support & Drivers".
After specifying the product in "Support & Drivers", select "Windows 11 -ARM CPU" in "Operating System" under "Drivers" and download it.

Note 1:Printing from ARM-based Windows devices using Multi-model Print Driver 2 is only available for products in Asia(exc. India) and Oceania.


In addition to the above, all Mopria certified Fujifilm Business (FB) Innovation printers / multifunctional are capable of basic printing using the standard Microsoft® IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) class driver which is included with Windows. (Note 2, Note 3)

FB software and cloud service products are not supported on ARM based Windows devices.


Note 2: Microsoft IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) Class Driver are provided by Microsoft, and their operation with Mopria-certified printers/multifunctional products has been confirmed. We do not conduct operation verification or provide issue support.

Note 3: Printing is possible within the functionality range provided by Microsoft IPP Class Driver (Print on Both Sides, Orientation, Color, Paper Size, Copy Count, Collated, Stapling, Hole punching, etc). Features not supported by Microsoft IPP Class Driver, such as image quality adjustment functions or authentication management functions, cannot be used.

Using this document, let us guide you through the setup of printing on ARM based Windows device to a Mopria-certified printer/multifunction device.

  1. Confirm that the IPP port of the device is enabled. If it is not enabled, please enable it. Please refer to the reference guide for each model for the confirmation procedure.
  2. Install Microsoft IPP Class Driver that comes with Windows 11. Detailed installation instructions will be provided on the following pages.

 

Additional Notes

  • To use Mopria Print, the computer and the multifunction device/printer must be on the same network.
  • Microsoft IPP Class Driver notifies the multifunction device/printer of the sign-in name*1 to Windows as the user ID when printing. You can use this user ID for stored print (it is not possible to set a password). Please refer to the user manual for each model for the procedure to use stored print. The reference guides for each model are available on our support page.

    *1 If signed in as a domain user, Microsoft IPP Class Driver will notify "domain name\sign-in name"; otherwise, that will notify "host name\sign-in name".

3.3 Check the [System type] listed under [Device specifications].

  • If the system type is "64-bit operating system ARM-based processor", it is a PC with ARM based Windows.
