Adam Lowry was appointed Managing Director of Fujifilm Data Management Solutions in October 2025. With more than two decades of experience in digital transformation, communications technology and managed services, Adam leads the company’s strategic direction and growth to ensure Fujifilm DMS continues to deliver secure, reliable and innovative solutions for enterprise and government clients across Australia.
He has been central to advancing Fujifilm DMS’s digital capabilities and strengthening its position as a trusted provider of technology-driven communication and data management services. His leadership continues to focus on operational excellence, information security and strong client partnerships that help organisations improve efficiency, compliance and customer engagement through modern technology.
Adam is committed to continuous improvement and collaboration, guiding Fujifilm DMS to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value in an evolving digital landscape.
Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the Print and Mail House industry having held a number of General Management positions across a number of Australia’s premier Mail Houses. As the General Manager of Queensland, her role is to ensure that FUJIFILM is continually pioneering new technology ideas within the printing and online digital industries. Primarily Rebecca is responsible for managing the Sales and Contract’s function for FUJIFILM QLD, ensuring that these functions co-ordinate to maintain an effective and efficient system. More recently she has led the team in working on a number of new solution releases that provide a broader range of platform as a service (PaaS) opportunities for our client and prospects.
Arthur has over 25 years experience in the industry, 15 of those with FUJIFILM. Arthur works closely with the state sales team and commercial team to keep abreast of all client requirements, supporting the teams in the transition of new clients and projects. He is the Executive Sponsor of new projects and the escalation point for any Victorian or Northern Territory issues. He is also responsible for the viability and progress of the Victorian and Northern Territory businesses. Arthur is focused on end-to-end reconciliation, employee welfare and engagement, and customer satisfaction. He is a collaborative business partner who works at all levels with internal/external customers and suppliers. A forward-looking leader who has the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and deliver outcomes.
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has been with FUJIFILM since 2007, holding senior roles across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. In his new role as General Manager of NSW and ACT, Nathan is responsible for driving service excellence and optimising operational efficiency across the business. Most recently, he led our Hong Kong business, where he focused on strategic growth and delivering high-quality outcomes. Known for his collaborative approach, Nathan works closely with the state sales and support teams to ensure that FUJIFILM continues to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, supporting seamless transitions for new projects and initiatives across the region.
Julie is responsible for developing and executing the group strategy and leading the HR Team in delivering effective business support to achieve strategic goals. This encompasses providing guidance and support in employee relations and welfare, learning and development, compensation and reward programs and work health/safety. Julie has extensive experience in the industry having worked in a range of diverse functions including project management, IT and operational management roles and previously managed People & Culture for Salmat QLD across multiple business units. Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, is registered as a Justice of the Peace (QLD) and is a member of AHRI.
Maxene has 20+ years’ finance experience, including over a decade in regional leadership. With a background in statutory accounting and audit, she brings strong technical expertise, strategic insight and commercial acumen. Her leadership has supported FUJIFILM DMS through ownership changes, acquisitions, automation and diversification.
She oversees financial operations including reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, planning and modelling and partners with management to drive improvements and support growth. Maxene has led multiple finance system implementations across distributed teams and shared services.
She holds a Bachelor of Business and is a CPA.
