This incorporates the application of risk management strategies, processes and infrastructure to support the vision for risk management. The FUJIFILM \u201cRisk Management Process and Guidelines\u201d support the implementation of the Risk Management Policy and these guidelines are based on the principles articulated in the ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management \u2013 Guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The strategic imperative of the risk management framework is to develop risk management as a core business capability and assist management to determine the appetite for risk (choice of business strategies and actions) and tolerance to risk (economic and operating sensitivities) and to communicate these throughout FUJIFILM.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We believe risk management is the responsibility of every employee and must be integrated into the day to day management and operation of our business to guide decision making at Senior Leadership Team level and within each functional and business unit. FUJIFILM has a \u2018zero\u2019 tolerance for the following areas of risk for serious WH&amp;S breaches\/incidents, significant damage to the FUJIFILM reputation\/brand or any act of fraud and\/or corruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Risk Management Committee (\u201cRMC\u201d)<\/h2>\n<p>The role of the Risk Management Committee (comprising nominated members of the Senior Leadership\u00a0Team) is to direct the implementation and operation of an appropriate risk management framework and\u00a0culture. The RMC is also responsible for reviewing and challenging risk information relevant to current and\u00a0emerging material risks, driving risk management strategies and escalating risk issues to the President &amp;\u00a0CEO.\u00a0The committee comprises of <a class=\"link\" href=\"\/fbdms\/meet-the-team\/\">Managing Director<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"\/fbdms\/meet-the-team\/\">Chief Technology Officer<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"\/fbdms\/meet-the-team\/\">Chief Financial Officer<\/a> and\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"\/fbdms\/meet-the-team\/\">Group Quality and Risk Manager<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel entry-content\" id=\"tab_security\">\n<h2>Security<\/h2>\n<p>FUJIFILM is proud to be certified with Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO\/IEC 27001:2022, which brings information security under explicit management control and is designed to ensure the selection of adequate and specific security controls that protect information assets and give confidence to our clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions (FUJIFILM) understands the importance to its clients and to their customers of the discreet and confidential handling of their personal information.
