Apology and Recall Announcement Regarding DocuWorks 8 (version: 8.0.3)

Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. announces that its document handling software, DocuWorks 8 (version 8.0.3), is affected by a serious issue causing it to attempt to delete files from the drive where DocuWorks is installed, when a user converts a PDF document to DocuWorks format under specific conditions; in the worst-case scenario, nearly all files on that hard disc drive could be deleted. DocuWorks 8 Update 8.0.4 Now Available

The issue-free DocuWorks 8 Update 8.0.4 has been available since April 15. The issue will no longer occur once you install DocuWorks 8 Update 8.0.4. All customers using DocuWorks 8 are kindly requested to download and update DocuWorks 8 to version 8.0.4.

Recall and Replacement of Installation Media for DocuWorks 8 (version: 8.0.3)
