Notice of impact and measure on Fujifilm products by the disablement of basic authentication for Exchange Online operated by 21Vianet in China

Dear customers,
We would like to thank you for your continuous support of Fujifilm products.
Microsoft announced that the basic authentication except SMTP authentication will be disabled for Office 365 Operated by 21Vianet on March 31, 2023.
Please refer to the below link about the details of this announcement.
We will notify the impact on our products (Multi-function printers/Single-function printers) and workarounds as below.
Impact on our products
If a customer is using Exchange Online, which is operated by 21 Vianet in China, with their POP server defined to use basic authentication, the following functions will not work.
- Email receipt print
- Internet fax receipt print
You can check if this is the problem by looking for the following error in the “Error History Report.” *.
You can also check from the Internet Service for particular products.
- *Error code 027-502 (POP Authentication Failed)
Workarounds
Please specify POP3 server with Exchange Online supporting OAuth via Internet Services.
