Fuji Xerox Announces Management Changes

TOKYO, October 1, 2020 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. announces the following changes in the duties of its corporate officers, effective October 1.

Changes where underlined:

Tomoyuki Matsuura	Corporate Vice President, Senior General Manager of Enterprise Document Solutions Business Group	Corporate Vice President, overseeing SMB Document Solutions business, as well as Executive General Manager of SMB Document Solutions Business Group

• Note Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. will be changing its corporate name to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. as of April 1, 2021.
