FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong has been certified to have met the ISO 22301 standard relating to Societal Security – Business Continuity Management Systems since 2013. With effective management, we have adopted the new ISO 22301: 2019 Societal Security – Business Continuity Management Systems and obtained certification in 2020, which integrated by a range of interconnected disciplines, such as risk management, crisis management and emergency management. The accreditation aims at helping organizations to prepare for, respond to and recover quickly from disruptive incidents.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong's Head Office has been certified to have met the ISO/IEC 27001 standard relation to information security management, which utilizes risk management approach to help companies managing the security of sensitive company information, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.

Originating in Japan, the 5S practices include the principles of Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standard and Sustain are used to improve a company’s quality and productivity. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong has been successfully adopting such practices in our local warehouse operations since 2002.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong has been certified to have met the ISO 14001 family of standards relating to environmental management since 2003. We were the first company in Hong Kong to obtain the new ISO 14001:2015 certificate which was certificated by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency and accredited by Hong Kong Accreditation Service and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. The accreditation aims at helping organizations to minimize their impact on the environment by better complying with existing environmental regulations.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong became the first local office-based organization to obtain ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification in 2012 and obtained ISO 50001:2018 certification in 2019. The ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) standard is a globally accepted framework for managing energy.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong’s company-wide carbon management achievements were rewarded with the Carbon Reduction Certificate by the Hong Kong Green Organization Certification. Verified by a third-party, the carbon emission per staff of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong in head office in 2018 against 2010 was reduced by 57%.
