The Job
- Perform sales and financial analysis to support business performance management activity
- Assist in developing annual financial plan and GTM plan twice a year and managing the whole process by working with different stakeholders in finance and marketing teams for submission
- Perform ongoing variance analysis against plan to identify the gap
- Prepare monthly company outlook including P&L and line of business forecast for senior management to review and coordinate the outlook submission process
- Prepare regular monthly and weekly reports for senior management
- Identify and initiate ongoing business performance monitoring process improvement
The Person
- Degree holder in marketing or Business Management preferred
- 4 years or above in Business Planning or Marketing Planning is preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Marco VBA and Power BI are preferred
- Data sensitivity, business acumen, attention to details
- Good analytical skill, organisation skill and communication skill
- Multi-tasking and work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Business Planning
