雖然新冠肺炎疫情持續影響企業運作，但有些事始終不變。雖然科技改變了我們辦公的地點和溝通的方法 ，但會議仍然是營商時不可或缺的部份。 
一直以來，傳統的辦公室員工對會議又愛又恨。如果行之有法，會議有助構思推動業務發展的嶄新意念，透過商議凝聚個人力量，集思廣益。

籌備欠佳的會議：削弱生產力 
欠缺有效規劃的會議可能會降低生產力、妨礙交流及影響員工專注力。自2000年起，進行會議的時間每年增加8%至10%，而行政人員每週開會時間更多達28小時。¹
