MALAYSIA, NOVEMBER 6, 2024 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia announces the launch of two new products in the Apeos Series, including the A4 monochrome multifunction device Apeos 4620 SZ and A4 monochrome printer ApeosPrint 4620 SDW. These innovative products are designed to support efficient service counter operations with compact size*1 and high print speed of 46 pages per minute.
The Apeos 4620 SZ and ApeosPrint 4620 SDW are compact devices ideal for placement on service counters in various organizations such as shops, government agencies and hospitals. They offer high-resolution 1,200 x 1,200 dpi image printing at a rapid speed of 46 pages per minute*2. Compared to other A4 devices of the same speed range*3, printing speed is increased by 15%, ensuring efficiency improvements in the customers’ workflows, particularly in scenarios that demand quick responses to clients, such as at customer service counters. In addition, the bypass tray of these products adapts straight paper pass, allowing users to print on not only envelopes but also postcards and greeting cards made from thicker paper weighing up to 230gsm*4. Furthermore, installing the optional tray modules can increase the maximum capacity of up to 1,390 stored sheets*5, making the devices suitable for the bulk printing such as contract or accounting documents and forms.

In addition, the new products are equipped with 1000BASE-T gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling customers and visitors to access the printers directly from their personal smartphones or tablets*6. These products provide a flexible printing environment suitable for various scenarios.
