David Jupe
Managing Director
David leads FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand with a clear focus: helping Kiwis work smarter. Since stepping into the Managing Director role in 2021, he has been guiding the evolution of our business, from a strong foundation in print to a broader focus on business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Committed to making a positive impact, David encourages a culture of curiosity, innovation and accountability across the organisation. He empowers people to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and understand their needs, ensuring we deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
With a Master of Management from the University of Auckland and more than 30 years of senior executive experience - locally and internationally - as a CEO, consultant, and coach, David brings both strategic vision and practical insight to leading transformation and growth.
Danielle Everett
General Manager – Corporate Services
From HR and legal through to sustainability, risk and compliance, Danielle plays a pivotal role in keeping our people and business supported. She brings a wealth of experience as a senior legal and commercial adviser in industries ranging from banking to energy, both in New Zealand and overseas.
Danielle’s purpose is to build strong values-led foundations that enable our organisation to thrive. She believes that when culture, compliance and care are embedded, people feel empowered to do their best work. Holding a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws conjoint degree in Psychology and Law from the University of Otago, Danielle brings both rigour and a people-first approach to her leadership.
Aaron O'Brien
Director of Operations
With a deep background in transforming systems, processes and technology, Aaron is responsible for driving our business forward. Leading customer service, IT, operations, supply chain and project delivery across the country, he’s always looking for better ways to do things.
Aaron holds a diploma from Auckland University of Technology in Business and Information Technology. Previously, he has worked in a C-level capacity for large private sector companies and government agencies, where he developed a strong track record for leading technical and management teams.
For Aaron, operations aren’t just about efficiency – it’s about freeing up our people and our customers to focus on the work that matters most.
Cameron Mount
Director of Sales
Drawing on over 20 years of expertise in IT, Cameron knows how to connect the dots between data, documents, and people. He leads our nationwide sales teams, working alongside organisations to discover technology and automation solutions that make life simpler.
Before taking up this role, Cameron headed our Process Automation division, helping enterprises streamline the way they operate. His goal is clear: Helping Kiwi businesses save time, maximise value, and stay ahead of the curve.
Daniel McIvor
General Manager – CodeBlue
Daniel leads CodeBlue, our managed IT services provider focused on making technology simple for small and mid-sized Kiwi businesses. Over the past decade he’s played a key role in growing CodeBlue into a trusted nationwide partner, supporting sectors like healthcare, logistics, legal and professional services.
With Daniel at the helm and a strong team behind him, CodeBlue takes a collaborative approach, helping organisations tackle everyday IT challenges – from security risks and downtime to planning for growth – with tailored solutions that feel like an extension of their own team.
Daniel’s background in both print and IT gives him a unique perspective on how connected systems can unlock smarter ways of working.

Overseeing our finance operations, David makes sure we have the financial strength and stability to back our growth and our customers’ success. With over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles across manufacturing, distribution and logistics, he has helped many organisations modernise and improve how they work.
David’s role goes beyond numbers. His focus is on building resilience and making sure resources are in the right place to support both our people and our customers. As a Chartered Accountant, he combines strong accounting expertise with a practical mindset, helping the business make confident, well-informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.
