Important notice on Replacing Printer Power Cord with free of charge
Recently, FUJIFILM Business Innovation been informed that there was an incident of smoke and ignite occurred on one of Fujifilm Business Innovation’s printer which been sold between 2011 to 2020 caused by damaged power cord.
Thus, in order to prevent any damages that might occurred and to ensure safety of our customer,We highly recommended customer to please unplug the power cord from the machine(listed below).and contact us for replacement.
To assure the customer ‘s trust on our products, we have prepared a program of replacing applicable machine's power cord to a new one with free of charge.
