・Document download request:
An email with download instructions for the documents you requested was sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email after some time, there is a possibility that you entered the wrong email address. In this case, please go back and apply again.
There are also cases where the documents cannot be downloaded from the email due to your network environment or the security policy of your company. If you are unable to download the documents from the email, please reply to the email explaining that you are unable to download, and one of our representatives will contact you within a few days.
