1. Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Communications or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in digital media field, preferably has experience in media / digital agency
  3. Experience in managing social media, digital campaign and online marketing activities
  4. Exposure to the advertising, media investment and digital activation
  5. An understanding of the concept of funnel marketing, its application in digital ad platforms and understanding of digital ad metrics to measure each marketing funnel performance
  6. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  7. Skilled at data processing using Excel or Google Sheets
  8. Mature, meticulous with strong oral as well as written communication and interpersonal skills to work with media agency, regional team and other partners
  9. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill

Job description:

  1. Maintain and monitoring Instax’s Social Media on daily basis
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaign & activities, using ads platform including social media (building, uploading, editing the relevant advertisement accounts, for example Facebook Ads) or other display advertising campaigns
  3. Build up digital campaigns by taking parts in analyzing marketing data from all aspects, deciding elements and key marketing messages
  4. Work with Instax Marketing team, be their partner and suggest best digital solutions to grow their products (increase online revenue, maximize ads impact)
  5. Monitor, optimize campaigns to be more efficient and keep them in a healthy mood by analyzing marketing data and reviewing key metrics 
  6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals metrics, identify trends and insights, and give recommendations for the next campaigns
  7. In charge to engage with KOL and to grow online community
  8. Communicate actively with media / digital agency on marketing campaigns and initiatives
  9. Analyzing Instax Official Store performance in terms of marketing promotions and store rating / performance

Job Description:

  1. Managing and overseeing daily operations of the accounting department
  2. Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports
  3. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance
  4. Correspondence with various other departments to solve any finance issue
  5. Ensure timely completion of statutory audit and account reconciliation
  6. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  7. Liaise tax, internal and external auditors

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/master degree' in Accounting
  2. Experience in the same position minimum 3 years
  3. Have a strong understanding and knowledge of Accounting Standards
  4. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
  5. Experience in preparing financials statement and monthly closing
  6. Experience well on handling Indonesian tax
  7. Computer literate (especially MS. Excel, Power Point) and accounting software
  8. English understanding
