TOKYO, February 18, 2021 – FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Hitachi, Ltd. (Hitachi) to acquire Hitachi’s Diagnostic Imaging-related Business (the Business) on December 18, 2019 in its effort to further expand its Healthcare business.
