Bangkok, 18 July 2025 — FUJIFILM (Thailand) Ltd. is set to bring back a highly anticipated experience for photography enthusiasts and Fujifilm fans with Fujikina Bangkok 2025, a major Touch & Try event held under the theme ‘The Refined Classic.’ Taking place on August 2–3, 2025, the event invites participants to discover new perspectives and capture moments in their own style using the X-E5—Fujifilm’s latest mirrorless digital camera that blends timeless design with cutting-edge technology. Attendees will join a photo walk across 3 iconic Bangkok neighborhoods, each rich in character and storytelling.
Participants will have exclusive hands-on experience with the X-E5, featuring its classic, premium design—the first in the X Series to boast a seamless, single-piece machined aluminum top plate. The camera also debuts a new Film Simulation dial, allowing users to access up to 3 personalized FS recipe settings with ease. Users can also enjoy a Classic Display mode, which emulates vintage film camera aesthetics, and a highly intelligent autofocus system capable of detecting and tracking a wide range of subjects. The X-E5 boasts a 40.2-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor and the powerful X Processor 5, delivering sharp images in any condition. Its 5-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS) offers up to 7.0 stops of stabilization, enhanced by a newly developed algorithm and used for the first time in the X-E Series to provide fast, accurate stabilization even during one-handed or on-the-go shooting. All of this advanced technology is packed into a lightweight body weighing just 445 grams.
In each featured location—Song Wat Road, Talad Noi, and Charoen Krung—participants will gain hands-on tips and techniques for using the X-E5 in various scenarios and photography styles. Leading FUJIFILM X-Photographer Thailand professionals, including Fee Ekkarat, Pang Nitchai, Amp Puttipong, and others, will be on hand to share exclusive insights on composition, camera modes, and creative approaches to capturing the character of these historic neighborhoods with the X-E5. Each site will also feature a curated photo gallery and demonstration videos designed to inspire new perspectives and storytelling through photography.
Fujikina Bangkok 2025 invites photography enthusiasts to explore 3 iconic check-in points, each offering its unique charm. Participants who visit at least 2 locations will receive exclusive limited-edition souvenirs, while those who complete all 3 will take home either a QuickSnap disposable film camera or a special Fujifilm bag of their choice. The check-in spots include ‘Tungchae Art Space,’ a new café nestled in the nostalgic streets of Song Wat Road; ‘FotoClub,’ a historic film lab in the Charoen Krung area that has long been a haven for analog photography lovers; and ‘Wongwaiwit,’ a vibrant community space in Talad Noi. Each location is a must-visit for street photographers, offering a rich backdrop for capturing unforgettable moments.
This special event welcomes photography enthusiasts of all levels. Participants can join the experience by bringing their favorite Fujifilm camera. Alongside hands-on sessions with the new X-E5 and expert-led technique workshops, all participants will receive an exclusive Fujifilm souvenir.
