Fujifilm Integrates FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. and FUJIFILM New Development U.S.A., Inc. to Strengthen Industry-leading Endosurgical Solutions

Lexington, Mass. – Fujifilm announced today that as of October 1, 2020, FUJIFILM New Development U.S.A., Inc., an innovative provider of minimally invasive surgical systems, will merge with FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of endoscopic imaging solutions. Together, the two companies will leverage their expertise to advance innovations in endosurgery.
