The FUJIFILM Dimatix STARFIRE® SG600 C-Series printheads have resolutions up to 600 dpi, with drop sizes ranging from 6 to 80pL using 1,536 individually addressable jets. Single and two-channel options are available. The fully repairable construction is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage.
The C-Series features high ink laydown, with up to 20 grams per square meter at production speed during demanding ceramic tile decoration*.
Using REDIJET® ink recirculation, ink is always moving throughout the C-Series printheads. That means printheads are always ready to print, giving users improved startup and restart time and optimized image quality. There are additional options for high flow ink recirculation for inks and glazes that need them.
Fujifilm printheads are built with VersaDrop technology, allowing multiple drop sizes in binary and greyscale modes from one printhead. Different drop sizes can arrive at the substrate simultaneously.
The STARFIRE SG600 printhead has simplified interfaces. The electrical interface consists of one DE15 pin connector for heater and firepulse connections and a USB 3.0 Type A for data. Two fluid connections facilitate easy priming, flushing and continuous ink recirculation and connect to an ink supply via Luer fittings.
