The FVS-1000 is FUJIFILM’s multifunctional workstation for animals. Providing all the key functions for image management the FVS-1000 contributes to improving work efficiency as well as accuracy of diagnosis.
A single FVS-1000 workstation allows the import and management of modality images of endoscopy and ultrasound, providing a complete management of the key image types used for veterinary diagnosis.
Examination reports with images can be created simply and effectively.
An on screen assistance guide provides pre-exposure guidance on recommended technique and examination parameters.
Examples of good x-ray images, pictures of technique and reference text including kV, mAs, mA, sec. are displayed.
Guidance information is provided, to assist the user when making complex or unfamiliar measurements.
The intuitive graphical menus and shortcut exposure menus allow simple, quick body part selection for exposures.
Animal chip ID can be registered for identification, which allows easy retrieval of registered information.
Compatible with our established and world renowned CR series and our DR flat panel, the FVS-1000 allows selection of image receptor to match imaging and budget requirements. Simple upgrade path allows the FVS-1000 to be easily upgraded from CR to DR when future DR imaging is required.

The FVS-1000 workstation provides optimized veterinary imaging using the innovative technologies developed from Fujifilm’s renowned FCR and flagship FDR systems. Technologies including Exposure Data Recognizer (EDR); to automatically adjust density and contrast for consistent diagnostic images, Dynamic Visualization; which optimizes image display based on monitor characteristics and Multi-objective Frequency Processing (MFP); that suppresses metal artefacts and provides natural image enhancement.
