FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging Europe GmbH, at its Kleve location, is responsible for sales, marketing and after-sales services of FUJIFILM digital cameras, memory cards and accessories throughout Europe. It reports directly to the Electronic Imaging Division at FUJIFILM’s corporate headquarters in Tokyo.

Well-coordinated teams of product specialists in Kleve deal with every aspect of the popular FUJIFILM digital camera range of products. The choice of products extends from compact design models to professional top-of-the-range cameras. In addition to digital cameras, this product area also includes FUJIFILM memory cards and associated accessories.

The staff of FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging Europe GmbH are the point of contact for end consumers, for dealers, and the press.

Service requests – in particular repair jobs – are also handled from Kleve. A highly efficient tracking system is used, which provides end consumers with real-time monitoring of the progress of their repair order.
