Fujifilm Spain Industrial Equipment Warranty

FUJIFILM Europe Gmbh, branch in Spain (hereinafter referred to as Fujifilm Spain) sells all its industrial products only with the warranty explicitly stated and included in the product, or stated in the appendix of the product, and is activated from the date of sale through its official distributors and/or resellers authorised by them, under the following conditions:

1. Repairs, during the aforementioned period, shall be calculated from the date of the sales invoice to the customer, free of charge, provided that the defect detected was caused by a manufacturing defect or defect in the normal and ordinary use of the product in question.  Normal and ordinary use is understood to be that carried out in accordance with the specifications contained in the user manual delivered herewith.
2. In the event that, for the aforementioned purposes, the product must be serviced under factory warranty, repairs will be carried out by PM2S, S.L., our official authorised service in Spain.
3. FUJIFILM Spain assures its customers of professional service and the supply of parts and spare parts for the products it manufactures, markets, imports or distributes, for the duration of the warranty period.
4. In order for this warranty to be valid, the customer must use, operate and treat the product sold in accordance with the instructions in the user's manual that he/she receives together with this certificate.
5. This warranty shall be void if the installation, maintenance or repair of the product covered by the warranty is carried out by unauthorised persons or companies other than the official FUJIFILM Spain technical service.
6. Maintenance, cleaning or replacement work carried out on the product as part of normal use or natural wear and tear, as the case may be, is not covered by the terms of this warranty.
7. The bill of sale specifying the product and the date of sale must be exhibited with this warranty to enforce this warranty.
8. Any purchase of industrial equipment within the Spanish territory other than through one of the OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTORS and/or resellers authorised by them or directly through Fujifilm España, will not be covered by the WARRANTY in Spanish territory and therefore the purchaser will have to turn to his supplier for any WARRANTY claim:
