We would like to thank you for your continued support and partnership with Fuji Xerox.
As announced previously, Fuji Xerox will change its company name to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. as of April 1, 2021.

We will continue to provide document-related services, solutions and products, as well as adjacent businesses under the Fujifilm brand after the company name change. We will also continue with our product development and manufacturing regardless of our decision to end the Technology Agreement with Xerox Corporation on March 31, 2021.

We are committed to providing consistent quality assurance and customer service on our products and services regardless of the name change. Appended below are some frequently asked questions which will help you to understand our upcoming company name change.

About products and services marketed by Fuji Xerox

What brand name will be used for your products and services?

From April onwards, we will start sales and marketing of Fujifilm-branded products and services.
Current products under the Fuji Xerox brand will continue to be sold for a set period of time after the name change. We appreciate your continued support.

How are you going to provide quality assurance for products and services being marketed now?

We will continue to provide quality assurance for products and services marketed under the Fuji Xerox brand beyond the name change.

What company name will appear on the products and services being marketed now?

For a set period of time after the name change, “Fuji Xerox” may continue to be shown on products and services. Please be assured that we will continue to guarantee the quality of these products and services.

What brand name will be used for consumables and paper products?

For customers based in Japan

Consumables and paper products currently marketed in Japan will adopt Fujifilm-branded packaging gradually from April onwards while maintaining their current product names. Their contents will remain the same after the brand change. Some of the paper products may be discontinued so refer to the product page in our Japanese website after April or consult your sales representative for details.

For customers based out of Japan

From April, the packaging for the consumables and paper that you are currently using, will be gradually changed to the Fujifilm brand.
There will be no change to the product code of the consumables. The paper product names and product codes will be changed.Please be assured that the quality of our consumables and paper products remain after the brand change.

What is going to happen to printer drivers for products currently in use?

Even after the name change, customers can continue to use printer drivers developed by Fuji Xerox, available for downloading from our website. Customers who are currently using the Fuji Xerox set-up CD-ROM (accompanied with product) can continue to use it for their printer device installation.
From April 1, 2021 onwards, compatible printer drivers developed by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. for existing Fuji Xerox products will be available on our website. Please visit our website for more details on or after April 1, 2021 regarding this.

About our sales structure, maintenance support and payment

What will happen to your sales structure and contractual arrangements from April onwards?

For customers in Japan

As already announced, our domestic sales unit and sales subsidiaries will amalgamate as of April 1, 2021 to become FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp.
Pursuant to the name change and organizational restructuring, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp. will serve as the point of customer contact.
Existing contracts signed with customers, handled by our domestic sales unit and sales subsidiaries, shall be taken over by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp, which will provide after-sales services and maintenance arrangements as stipulated in the respective contracts.

For customers based out of Japan

After the company name change, there is no change to the sales operations and contracts. We will continue to provide after-sales and maintenance services according to the contract.

How will the name change affect payment / remittance details?

For customers in Japan

For customers who pay by automatic debit:  Our account name for automatic debit will change from April onwards, but customers do not need to make any new arrangement with financial institutions.
For customers who pay by means other than automatic debit (e.g. remittance):
From April onwards, please check the account details provided on our invoice, and arrange remittance or payment to the account described therein.

For customers based out of Japan

Kindly update your records with our new bank account name for all payment and remittance methods. You will receive a letter informing you of the new bank account name soon.

What will happen to your website’s URL?

From April 2021, our official website will have the following URL:

New official website’s URL

Visitors to the current URL are automatically redirected to the new website.
To ensure a seamless browsing experience on our new website, please change your settings to allow our new website to be in your safe browsing list.

New URL / address of software / cloud service (service site)

The URL / address of some of our software and cloud services (service sites) other than the official website will also change. Click here for details.
In addition, we plan to suspend the service due to system maintenance for the above changes. Click here for details.

Are there any changes to contact information such as Customer Information Center or for calling maintenances?

For Customers in Japan

There is no change to our contacts for maintenance requests / consumables orders, etc. (Our Customer Information Center website will change but you will automatically redirected.)

For Customers based out of Japan

There is no change to the call centre contact numbers.
The URL/website address for Fuji Xerox Online Support Centre will change and you will be automatically redirected to the new website from April 2021.
