- Establish and maintain contact with C-level executives to understand customers’ IT solution, infrastructure and cybersecurity challenges, and identify business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions; prepare proposals and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations
- Promote and sell managed cybersecurity services, including company-operated 7 x 24 SOC operations, and advise on best practices for risk mitigation
- Engage in client consultations to assess requirements for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, endpoint solutions, licenses, and software
- Manage and implement customer growth strategies to achieve sales targets, improve retention, and drive market penetration
- Collaborate closely with account managers, pre-sales teams, and solution partners to ensure accountability and successful closure of accounts
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in selling IT solutions and managed IT services , with exposure to cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions considered an advantage
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges
- Positive, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
