- Carry out field services activities in an effective and efficient way to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Handle installation and maintenance work for full range of color printers, copiers and multi-function products at customers’ premises
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (candidates who have studied IT/Engineering/Computer Science or related disciplines are preferred)
- Previous experience in field maintenance and related printer system operation is preferred.
- Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the role of Senior Customer Engineer
