- Develop, grow, and penetrate designated enterprise accounts to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Identify business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts
- Engage with C-level executives, understand client needs and pain points, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic priorities
- Provide professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle; prepare compelling proposals and executive-level presentations
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and deliver after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing value
- Stay informed on industry trends, IT technology developments, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of sales and account management experience serving commercial enterprise clients, with proven track records, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies
- Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges
- Positive, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
