- Post‑Sales Technical Support: Provide implementation, deployment services and infrastructure solutions delivered to customers, including servers, storage, virtualization, network, and cloud systems. To carry out implementation and deployment services for Server, VM to Cloud infrastructure within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Customer Communication & Case Management: Manage support tickets, maintain clear communication with customers, and ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- System Maintenance & Preventive Services: Conduct health checks, system reviews, patching, and preventive maintenance for customer environments
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare technical reports, update documentation, and contribute to knowledge base materials for continuous service improvement
- Relevant IT Infrastructure Support Experience: 2–5+ years in post‑sales technical support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering in an enterprise or IT vendor environment
- Strong Technical Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper‑V, storage systems, network fundamentals, and backup/DR solutions
- Customer‑Facing Communication Skills: Proven experience in managing high-priority customer escalation and preserving customer satisfaction
- Certifications Preferred: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are advantageous
- Problem‑Solving & Team Collaboration: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
