- Infrastructure Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of end-to-end infrastructure solutions, covering compute, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Technology Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain the infrastructure technology roadmap to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives, including cost/benefit analysis and technology lifecycle management
- Cloud & Hybrid Integration: Architect hybrid cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, etc.), ensuring optimized integration, migration planning, and operational governance
- Performance, Reliability & Security Optimization: Ensure infrastructure meets high standards for availability, resilience, security, and capacity management
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide expert guidance to engineering teams, participate in major project planning, and ensure architectural best practices are followed. Support sales teams by developing solution architectures and proposals
- Extensive Infrastructure Architecture Experience: 8+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3–5 years in an architecture or senior design position
- Strong Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge across networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and automation tools. Expertise with at least two domains on server and virtualization
- Cloud Architecture Skills: Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud or hybrid architectures (preferably Azure/AWS)
- Relevant Certifications Preferred: Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are strong advantages
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to translate technical requirements into business impacts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
