Officer

• Providing preventative maintenance for multifunctional devices
• Representing FUJIFILM Global Services in the delivery of the MPS
• Providing clients with basic device training on daily operations
• Device 1st level break-fix handling
• Forwarding any technical device or software faults to FB helpdesk as a priority
• Ensuring consumables are replaced, stocked, and replenished as per site requirements
• Execution of daily operation improvement/ planned service excellent tasks
• Date collection for reporting purpose

• F.6 or above
• Customer service working experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome and will be considered
• Candidate with IT background is an advantage
• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
• Smart and polite
