- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for enterprise solutions in digital transformation, including AI-driven automation, RPA, no-code platforms, BPM and data capturing
- Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored solutions aligned with strategic priorities
- Collaborate with account managers, pre-sales teams, and solution partners to design solutions, develop proposals and deliver compelling presentations
- Provide professional advice and support for proof of concept (POC) and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights
- Drive customer success through proactive engagement and long-term relationship building
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines preferred
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably within the ICT industry
- Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation,
- Experience in selling RPA, BPM, or workflow solutions is an advantage
- Highly motivated, achievement-oriented, and eager to take on challenges
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- More experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant role
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
