The Job
- Depending on the services provided to the customers, the jobholder will be required to perform the following accountabilities:
- Scanning: Provide daily operations including documents preparation, sorting, scanning, indexing, quality control, records keeping etc.
- Mailroom: Collect and dispatch internal and external mailings/packages at customer’s premises
- Print Room: Operate office printing equipments /production printers and related finishing equipment at customer premises. Night shift may be required for one of the customer site.
- XOS: Provide daily routine machine checking service to replenish paper, toner, fuser, etc to assigned devices and helpdesk function for decentralized machines
- All: Compile monthly report and manage inventory control
The Person
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Preferable with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Prior work experience in helpdesk services, mailroom, printing, scanning and machine fixing will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in PC applications (IT and printer repairing knowledge is preferable)
- Effective communication and customer handling skills
- Self-discipline, hardworking, work independently and able to work under pressure
