The Job
- Collect user requirements with technical team
- Work out function specifications with business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance to make sure deliverables met customer requirements
- Build relationship with customers, technical team & project managers, working with them to optimize and enhance integration
- Assist on design, document and maintain system processes, which leveraging experience and knowledge
- Report on common sources of technical issues and make recommendations to product team
- Lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Involve in User Acceptance Test
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
The Person
- Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines with equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst/pre-sales within an IT/Software solutions business
- Exposure in FSI industry is an advantage
- Experience in ERP / BPM / RPA solution application a definite plus
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mind
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
