The Job
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day production and the process of inbound and outbound services operations in a professional manner
- Handle entire document imaging process including documents preparation, sorting, scanning and indexing
- Operate office printing equipments / production printers to finish printing jobs, quality control and records keeping
- Follow through internal policy, working procedures with HKP, HKMA & HKIA requirements to complete each job order as required
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Minimum of 3-5 years with manufacturing or BPO operations management or similar industry experience will be an advantage
- Committed attitude and able to work under pressure to meet with client’s SLA
- Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position
