With the acceleration of new technologies, every business know they must embrace digital transformation and be adaptable to survive. However, challenges abound such as the employees’ inertia to embrace new technologies and business processes, siloed process optimization without full integration of existing systems, and poor reconciliation and usage of print and digitized data collected internally and externally.

Public Blockchain is Poised to Show its Potential for Business
As a future innovation, the conversation of blockchain technology has shifted to commercialization, going beyond cryptocurrency. Enterprises can benefit from fixed fees as well as immutable transaction records for document authenticity with non-crypto public blockchains that bypasses the volatile cryptocurrency market.
SmartContracts are one of the good examples to help enterprises improve efficiency and reduce costs, potentially useful to medical records, vehicle insurance, real estate sales, supply chain management, securities investment and many more.
FUJIFILM BI HK has long been working with different industries to explore forward-looking applications of new technologies and bring innovations to business, including the first-of-its-kind completion of a proof of concept (PoC) in document tokenization through public blockchains.
