[Ming Pao] FUJIFILM BI HK Helps Companies Digitize Their Operations with a Monthly Subscription Model to Control Expenses
The COVID-19 pandemic has driven Hong Kong businesses to pursue digitization and operational efficiency. Alan, the Managing Director of FUJIFILM BI HK, stated that after achieving digitalization, companies can focus on improving space convenience and attracting talent. They will continue to provide a monthly subscription model to assist companies in achieving digitalization according to market demand.
Currently, FUJIFILM BI HK's hyperautomation business accounts for over half of the company's revenue. Alan mentioned that many MNCs and insurance companies are using their solutions. In addition, they offer round-the-clock Managed Security Services (MSS), where experts leverage A.I. technology to assist companies in outsourcing network security work at an affordable monthly fee. In the medical examination market, Alan mentioned that the company also provides solutions that allow patients to have connected records, authorize doctors to access their medical histories, and even create portable handbooks.
When providing these solutions, Alan stated that the company adapts to economic changes, allowing users to experience digitization with monthly fees starting from thousands of dollars. This transforms significant CAPEX investments into manageable OPEX. While many companies use the excuse of promoting digitization to reduce rental costs, Alan emphasized that companies should focus on utilizing additional shared spaces to facilitate communication and collaboration among employees. This would transform the office into a “Smart Office” and make it easier to attract talent and enhance resilience.
