Assure Medical aims to offer quality patient care with their comprehensive medical imaging services. Its brand-new center provides CT scans, MRI scans, PET/CT scans, ultrasound, mammograms, X-rays, and bone densitometry (DEXA).

CHALLENGE
Building a brand-new medical imaging center comes with multiple challenges. Alfred mentioned finding the right location, acquiring the latest technologies, and hiring registered medical experts are just some of the few. “The most challenging of all is to have them working together seamlessly,” he said.
On the medical front, Assure Medical manages a network of experts, including nurses, radiographers, and doctors both within and outside the center. They are all experts in their fields that often make decisions based on their silos, which could sometimes lead to a lack of collaboration and compromise the operation effectiveness, thereby impacting patient care.
With the focus on personalized patient care, Assure Medical tries to break these silos by providing comprehensive views from the patients’ perspectives. “Sometimes simply consolidating medical images and data from different sources can reduce putting patients through multiple tests,” said Alfred.

Patients taking multiple tests need an all-rounded report for accurate diagnosis.
